Prince Ifalade Oyekan and the Management of the Lagos State Law Enforcement Training Institute (LETI) as part of its end of year consultations with respected stakeholders in Lagos State paid the Elegushi of Ikate Land a Courtesy and appreciation visit.
Oyekan during the visit took the time to point out some of the new Innovations introduced to LETI since his appointment as the Head of the Team some of which include the Body Worn Camera and the Body Shield for crowd control among several others.
In his address, His Royal Majesty, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi said, he is not surprised and he did not expect less from the Head Of LETI. He has always known him to be a pace setter and goal getter and being a son of the soil he had always known Ifalade will make LETI better.
Oba Elegushi also commended Governor Sanwo-Olu's rebranding of LETI, while reiterating that the introduction of technology will play a very vital role in improving the work of Law Enforcement Officers of the state.
Kabiyesi said that "this will raise the transparency of the Officers on one hand and obedience to laws of the state on the other" while he also assuring that these will further enhance the stability of the state in the aspect of security.
While speaking with the media, Prince Ifalade expressed joy at the level of understanding shown by the Royal father which he says will bouy the LETI Team to do more.
Oyekan concluded that, "this is just one of our visits to relevant stakeholders in Lagos State and we appreciate Kabiyesi's disposition to the work we are trying to do at LETI, we are certainly committed to doing something good at LETI."
