In his short address during the visit, Ifalade commiserated with the Management of LNSC on the various losses both human and materials occasioned by the violence that followed the recent Endsars demonstrations. 

He traced the history of LETI to the humble beginnings and the current state of affairs while thanking the Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his redirection of Lagos State safety and security architecture which gave birth to the rebranding of LETI. 

The Head of LETI also admonished the Agency to continue to encourage their officers and men to always be safety conscious while performing their duties. "Their survival is as important as a safe and secured communities and their safety determines how safe our communities are. "

Prince Oyekan concluded by requesting that the Management of the LNSC to boost the morale of the officers through various incentives, especially the payment of their training allowances which he noted is very important to encourage the officers to respond positively to training.

In his response, the General Manager of LNSC Mr. Adegboyega Bajulaiye thanked the LETI delegation for coming to condole with the Agency and promised to always cooperate with the LETI Management in its endeavors, especially as it concerns the Capacity Development of the Officers. 

He also listed a number of achievements recoded by the LNSC including the initiation of an Insurance scheme for it's officers among many others. 

At the Office of the Kick Against Indiscipline-KAI, Prince Ifalade Oyekan commiserated with the Management and commended the Corp Marshall Mrs Gbemisola Akinpelu CP on the various losses experienced during the period of the Endsars demonstrations that rocked Lagos. 

He advised on how to ensure the Agencies continue to work hand in hand to ensure the capacities of the Officers are top-notch at all times, while he also admonished the Management to ensure the morale of it's officers is well oiled including through the provision of Training Allowances annually. 

In a short response, the Management of KAI Corp Marshall, Mrs Gbemisola Akinpelu CP lamented the morale of the Officers following the outcome of the crisis which has seriously brow beaten the officers and other security agencies across the country. 

She admonished the LETI Management to join the other Agencies in raising the morale of the Officers through constant contact with the officers. 

The Deputy Corp Marshall on behalf of KAI thanked the Team for visiting to commiserate with the Agency, while he also promised KAI's commitment to continue to collaborate with LETI.
